As junior UX designer I’m facing different issues with my teamwork made of developers . I’m feeling bad cause none of the HCD design principle or usability test are taken considered and the outcome of course is a product that doesn’t care of people.
As young designer I spend lot of time reading books and Medium articles trying to fill the gap but sometime I’m disappointed about my career.
